Amendment 0003 - 29 July 2024 The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend date and time price lists are due to 2 August 2024 at 1200 Central Daylight Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 0002 - 25 July 2024 The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Upload final Questions received along with the Government's responses. See "Attachment 2 - Questions and Answers." 2.

Amendment 0001 exteded the date and time price lists are due to 29 July 2024 at 1300 Central Daylight Time. This amendment updates the RFQ document to correctly reflect this change. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 0001 - 22 July 2024 The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Upload Questions received so far along with the Government's responses. See "Attachment 2 - Questions and Answers." 2. Extend date and time price lists are due to 29 July 2024 at 1300 Central Daylight Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for establishing multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; price lists are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors, commercial items and the addendum. The solicitation will be evaluated and awarded per the prescribed procedures of FAR Part 13 as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

2. This solicitation is being issued as a: Request for Quotation (RFQ).

3. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses in effect are IAW Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, Defense Acquisition Circular Number 20240530 and Department of the Air Force Acquisition Circular 2024-0612.

4. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.

5. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334519.

6. The size standard of 600 employees. All qualified small businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotes.
