REPAIR HVAC BUILDING 550

This project will replace the outside air damper for AHU 1 & 2, install a modulating actuator on AHU 1 & 2 outside air damper. Install an outdoor air humidity and outside air temperature sensor to AHU 1 & 2. Replace AHU2 supply fan motor and VFD to match the new 15hp motor. Replace AHU 3 DX cooling coil with a chilled water coil that meets the existing coil specs. Install new black iron chilled water piping from AHU3 to connect to existing chilled water loop.

Install a new modulating 3-way valve at AHU3 chilled water coil. Install two new chilled water pumps with new electrical disconnects and starters in AHU 1 & 2 mechanical room. Replace damaged AHU 3 duct and insulation. Replace all plunger type VAV’s with damper type and all perimeter VAV’s are to have reheating coils. All HVAC control components need to be connected to the existing HVAC control system, programmed and functional in accordance with Dobbins Design Guide. This project will comply with UFC 1-200-01, UFC 3-410-01, and other applicable UFCs, installation architectural standards, and local building codes.
