This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requeseted and a written solcitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses.

238290 Small Business Size Standard: $22 million Solicitation number: FA667525Q0006 This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for the repair of bunker doors located at B3383, B3385, & B3386 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 Effective August 7, 2025. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort.

No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Period of Performance: 1-31 Oct 2025 (Negotiable) In accordance with FAR 4.1102, contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition, and an addenda to this provision is not included. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, and an addenda to this clause is not included.

The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, and reference the attached solicitation document for the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause that are applicable to this acquisition. A statement advising offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.

Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted 17 September 2025 at 10:00 a.m. CST. Submit the names of site visit attendees to Mrs. Emily Crotta and Mr. Todd Benner via email at emily.crotta@us.af.mil and todd.benner@us.af.mil no later than 4:00 p.m. CST on 16 September 2025. Limit is two (2) representatives per contractor. Upon receipt of names and attendees, details will be provided on the meeting location and how to gain access to the military installation.

Deadline for Receipt of Request for Information (RFI): September 19, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. CST Submission of RFI: Please send RFIs to 301 CONF/PK using the attached RFI form. Only electronic/emailed RFIs will be taken. No telephone inquiries will be permitted.

Deadline for Receipt of Quotes: September 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. CST Submission of Offers: Submission of offers should be submitted on the attached "Offeror's Information" worksheet with a valid signature and contact information for your company. Brand name items or equal are acceptable; however, if not offering the brand name part number listed, please provide technical descriptions of the "or equal" items for evaluation. Offers shall be e-mailed to the addresses identified in the contact information of this solicitation post.

Evaluation of Offers: The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on lowest price of items that are found to be technically acceptable.
