Mobile Track Storage Systems

THE SOLICITATION, STATEMENT OF WORK, AND DRAWINGS HAVE BEEN REVISED AND NEED REVIEWED BEFORE ANY PROPOSALS SUBMITTED. A DETAILED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS DOCUMENT HAS ALSO BEEN ADDED AS OF 28 AUGUST 2026. SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ARE PROVIDED 2 SEPTEMBER 2026 ALONG WITH A DRAWING OF THE EXISTING SYSTEM. Any additional discrepancies between the SOW and the drawings should defer to the SOW and all provided questions and answers. No other Q&A will be provided.

The 910 OSS Aircrew Flight Equipment (AFE) Section currently has two (2) mobile track storage rack systems in Bldgs 407 and 413. These systems are beyond their service life and need to replaced with updated commercial systems that better meet current requirements of these facilities. Specifics of this requirement are listed the Statement of Work. (Attachment 01) The solicitation number is FA665626R0004 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is a small business set-aside.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this commercial item is 337215; the small business standard is 500 employees. Government’s intent is to award a single firm-fixed price contract to the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Offerors must have a current SAM record prior to submitting a quote for this solicitation. Offerors are required to provide their Contractor’s UEI Number, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote.

The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. Quote must be received by the 910 Contracting Office no later than 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 8 September 2026. There will be a site visit opportunity on Monday, 17 August at 1:00PM. For base access please complete the required infomation on the Entry Authority List (EAL) document, also in the attachments, and submit via DoDSAFE by 10 August at 1:00PM.
