This project will provide reliable power protection to critical equipment within these facilities.

Between $250,000 and $500,000 Scope of Work: The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the UPS system implementation, including:

Design: Developing a detailed UPS system design, including load calculations, equipment specifications, and compliance documentation.

Procurement: Procuring all necessary UPS system components (UPS units, battery banks, bypass systems, transformers, power distribution equipment, cabling, and conduit).

Installation: Installing the UPS systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

Testing and Commissioning: Conducting comprehensive testing to ensure system functionality and performance.

Documentation: Providing complete as-built drawings, test reports, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranty information.

Key Requirements: Offerors must have experience designing and installing UPS systems of similar size and complexity. All proposed equipment must meet specified technical requirements and be from approved manufacturers. All technicians and electricians must be factory-certified and possess required security clearances. The project is designated as mission-essential, requiring compliance with DODI 3020.37.
