AMENDMENT 2: The purpose of this amendment is to correct the contact information of Melissa Maurhart.

AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is:

to include further details in the requirement table, to include “Part V – Prior Experience” in the evaluation factors, and to remove the addendum to RFO 52.212-4, and to remove the evaluation factors from RFO 52.212-2 from Attachment 2 – FA568226QA026 Clause & Provision Set.

All changes can be found in updated attachments "RFQ FA568226QA026 Amendment 1" and "Attachment 2 FA568226QA026 Clause and Provision Set Amendment 1" The U.S. Air anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Purchase Order for the supply and delivery of six (6) Riello Heating Boilers and six (6) Riello Heating Burners capable of meeting this solicitation's specifications, outlined in Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics.
