AMENDMENT 1 - 5 September 2025 The purpose of this amendment is to correct the response due date displayed on SAM.gov from 5 September 2025 @4:00pm (UTC +2:00) ROME, ITALY to 12 September 2025 @4:00pm (UCT +2:00) ROME, ITALY matching the original time specified in the attached FA568225Q8043 AVB Parts Install Solcitation_Synopsis. AMENDMENT 2 - 11 September 2025The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Clarify the requirements for copies of the Italian Chamber of Commerce certificate and the Documento Unico di Regolarita’ Contributiva (DURC) must be provided by local sources when submitting an offer. (see quotation preparation instructions pg.4) 2. Update the Period of Performance (see pg.2) 3. Extend the solicitation response due date from 12 September 2025 @ 16:00 hrs. Central European Time (CET) to 15 September 2025 @ 16:00 hrs. Central European Time (CET). 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Requirement Description: The 31 Contracting Squadron (CONS) is looking to purchase services that provide installation of replacement parts of the Active Vehicle Barriers (AVB) at multiple Tower Loop entry control points (ECP) at Aviano AB, Italy. This service requires the potential contractor to be proficient in Nasatka NMSB IIID-E AVBs and have attended the Site 5 Technician Training course, taught by Nasatka instructors, to be a trained and certified technician.

Parts are proprietary to the company and the contractor must be able to present a Certificate for Technical Level Training issued by Nasatka Security to prove they are knowledgeable on the systems.
