RFI: 57RQS Advanced Parachute Course

NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: The 31st Contracting Squadron, in support of the 57th Rescue Squadron is seeking 2x on site Instructors/Coaches specializing in the Vertical Wind Tunnel, Military Free Fall, Aerial Videography, Double Bag Static Line Operations, Military Formation Stacks, Canopy Control precision landings who will provide the required instruction, training, coaching, debriefing, training material, data aggregation and analysis as detailed in paragraph 4 of the attached PWS from 14-28 June 2024 in Italy. Required schedule:

June 14:

Vertical Wind Tunnel, Milan, IT June 15:

Travel to Ravenna, IT June 16 – 24: Jump operations at Skydive Pullout, Ravenna, IT June 25: Travel to Aviano AB, IT June 26 – 28: Jump mission scenarios at Aviano AB, IT Please review this sources sought's attached Performance Work Statement if you are interested in this requirement and submit your capability package. The capabilities package shall be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements.

The package shall include not only capability, but also a summarized plan of how the capabilities will be met. In addition to this, please include your CAGE Code information and any past performance history with the USG relating to this type of requirement in your response to this post. You must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active CAGE Code.

CONCLUSION: The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quotation, nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or part any industry input as a result of this announcement.
