Please see the attached commodity list for the requirement's specifications and quantities. Although this is a Brand Name or Equal requirement, the preferred brand name is Optics 1. We are also attaching the salient characteristics for the Compact High Resolution Thermal Viewer (HRTVs). If providing an alternate solution other than the Optics 1 name brand items, please submit product specifications and details.
