764 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) is in the process of selecting a contractor for solicitation FA5641-24-R-0001, Transient Alert Services III (TA III). The contractor shall perform Transient Alert (TA) services and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and commercial practices at the following locations: 1) Ramstein AB, Germany 2) Spangdahlem AB, Germany, 3) RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom and 4) RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom. The Government may add other locations within the USAFE-AFAFRICA to this contract and such locations would be considered within the scope of this contract. Services shall include, but are not limited to:

management control, arrival services, replenishing/inspection services, departure services, emergency services and special event/exercise services, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Solicitation FA5641-24-R-0001 and associated attachments/appendices can be found on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module (https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/search/oppMgmtLink.xhtml?solNo=FA564124R0001).

Offerors shall address any questions/concerns related to this solicitation to the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Megan Meno at megan.meno@us.af.mil, and Contract Specialist, Christoph Kehrein at christoph.kehrein.1.de@us.af.mil, as soon as possible, but no later than (NLT) 29 May 2024. Offers are to be submitted via the PIEE Solicitation Module 1600 CET NLT 17 June 2024.
