FY26 UAWC Trellix Software License Renewal

SOLICITATON NOTICE: The 700th Contracting Squadron (700 CONS) intends to award a A Firm-Fixed Price call order against a Department of War (DoW) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) BPA is anticipated following the guidance of DAFMAN 17-1203 dated 13 September 2022. The DoW ESI BPA intended to order off of is to be determined upon receipt of offers resulting from a fair opportunity notice to these BPA holders.

The anticipated award date is 20 March 2026. Pursuant to FAR FAR6.103-1(d), Trellix is the only souce capable of fulfilling this requirement for this software license renewal as DAFMAN 17-1203 mandates all software to be procured through DoW ESI which takes presedence over GSA 2- GIT.

Market research has revealed that the sources capable of fulfilling this procurement for Trellix software licenses are the following DoW ESI BPA holders: a. Optiv Federal Inc. DBA Optiv + ClearShark (DoW ESI BPA: NNG15SD01B) b. August Schell Enterprises (DoW ESI BPA: NNG15SD80B) This notice is not a request for competitive quotes as this procurement follows the mandated procures in accordance with (IAW) DAFMAN 17-1203 . Therefore, only the above mentioned vendors are capable of fulfilling this requirement. See attached solicitation (Fair Opportunity Notice - FA561326Q0016)
