USAFE-AFAFRICA 2024 WING LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE KEYNOTE/GUEST SPEAKER

AMENDMENT 0002: INCORPORATE QUESTIONS & ANSWERS AS OF 27 AUG 2024. AMENDMENT 0001: INCORPORATE QUESTIONS & ANSWERS AS OF 22 AUG 2024. The upcoming FY24 Fall Wing Leadership Conference (WLC) is to be hosted by COMUSAFE. In support of this WLC, the USAFE-AFAFRICA CCX is requesting to add a keynote/guest speaker from 25 September - 26 September 2024. This keynote speaker is to facilitate two speaking sessions to be offered to an estimated fifty (50) attendees.

The intent of this presentation is to provide Wing Leaders with a comprehensive “Operational Excellence Blueprint” so they will be able to implement the workshop’s principles and strategies.

This request for guest speaking services encompasses the following agenda: Session 1 must meet the following requirements for WLC: 1. Session will be conducted at Fitz Walter Stadium in Kaiserslautern 2.Training will be 1 hour 3. Date will be 25 September 2024 Session 2 must meet the following requirements for Director's Offsite: 1. Session will be conducted onsite at Ramstein AFB or within the local area 2. Training will be 1 hour 30 Minutes 3. Date will be 26 September 2024 The requested keynote speaker shall speak on the topics of manning, retention strategies, streamlining team workloads, empowerment, and mindset.

This procurement is intended to result in a firm-fixed price purchase order to be awarded to a speaker deemed acceptable based on technical capability to provide the requested presentation on the required dates and evidence to show past performance of prior addresses to an audience of military wing leaders (primarily higher-ranking officers consisting of O6-O10 ranks). Interested Speakers are encouraged to provide a quote NLT 30 AUG 2024 by 1000AM Central European Time (CET).
