- Sources Sought for Market Research Pusposes only - The Propulsion flight is seeking a dry ice maker that is integrated into an ISO Transportable Container, divided into a machine and filling room capable of producing up to 120kg/265lb of dry ice pellets or nuggets per hour. The system must be able to operate in an outdoor environment. The system should be ready to use by supplying electrical power (3 phase 400V + N + PE 50 Hz, 10kW), liquid CO2 (16-22 bar/232-319 psi), and compressed air as a mobile solution.
The minimum container dimensions needed are 2.99m (117 in) Length x 2.45m (96 in) Width x 2.9m (114 in) Height. The unit should weigh less than 3,500kg. The exterior should be painted and have the description and various Safety Warning emblems posted on the outside. It needs integrated lifting slats for easy transportation with a forklift and lift points for a crane. The unit must contain a 3mm (0.125 in) Die Plate capable of producing 3, 10, and 16mm nuggets.
The following items also need to be included: - Armstrong Kit, which regulates the pressure of incoming liquid CO2 - CO2 liquid and gaseous supply piping - Hydraulic Oil operation (ISO 46) - Integrated ventilation and air conditioning system - CO2 Safety Monitoring with visual/acoutstic alarm and 36W Interior lighting in both rooms - Container flilling and automatic stop system - Touchscreen function and self diagnostic system - Lockable motorized roll up door for secure access to filling room - Access door to Pelletizer machine room - Distribution box with circuit breakers and surge protectors - 2x 230V sockets in interior - Ventilation System with minimum airflow of 1000m3 per hour - Exterior paint: Corrosivity category C5, 2-layer 2K epoxy primer and 3-layer PU-paint - Spare parts kit for 2000 hours service The purchase of the hub should include an Engineering and Comissioning Support Services: - Pre-installation plan and customer site layout review - Layout plan and PI-Diagram - Review scope of work and Customer + Project/Activity Plan - Comissioning and Operator Training on customer site - Ability to support on-site customer service needs for repairs/malfunctions - Warranty for 2000 hrs of operation - Operating Temperature Limits: Air conditioning unit must be rated to from + 40 C to -15 C. Minimum Cooling 2,5 kW, Heating: 3,15 kW
