321 STS - Extreme Cold Weather Gear

This requirement is for Extreme Cold Weather gear IAW the Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics. *28AUG2026 - Please note, salient characteristics updated to remove estimated cost collumns along with a discription update made in the "movement" section regarding the "pulks". *25AUG2026 - Please note, the salient characteristics have been updated to resolve quantitiy discrepencies as well as include details regarding the sleds (see movement section in attachment). *24AUG2026 - Please note, the quote submission deadline has been extended to September 10 as the Mission Partner answers questions received on the salient characteristics.

This extension should allow contractors the time necessary to review the updates and submit or resubmit quotes if correction need to be mad.The solicitation will be updated shortly this week to address a few discrepencies in counts and details listed on the salient characteristics.
