Travel Roller Bags

Requirement is to purchase 170 roller travel bags for staff personnel. Specifically for bags that have a carrying capacity of 100 Liters or higher, and do not look distinctly like a military bags. Due to how mission needs and high travel requirements for personnel, a bag is needed to support members while mitigating personnel being identified as military members while traveling. More specifically, we don't want a bag with traditional military colors like camouflage, olive green, coyote brown, or black. Unit needs to avoid having bags that have the typical aesthetics of a military bag, such as the giant big rollers that many generally get issued to personnel when they prepare for a movement.
