Coagulation Reagents

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation reflecting the U.S. Government's intent to award a sole source contract to Diagnostica Stago Limited for a Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for laboratory services, essential supplies, and coagulation reagents to be supplied to RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom. This is in accordance with FAR Part 13.501 for soliciting to a sole source.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(i), all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

The 48th Medical Group (48 MDG) requires a follow-on Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for laboratory services, essential supplies, and hematology reagents to be supplied to RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom. The ordering period for this requirement is five (5) years from September 21, 2024 to September 20, 2029.
