Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date from 8 September 2026 to 15 September 2026. Please respond to this RFQ no later than (NLT) 15 September 2026, 4:00 PM Japan Standard Time (JST). Please submit all questions by 25 August 2026, 4:00 PM JST to Nina Wickwire at nina.wickwire.2@us.af.mil. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at in order to be considered for award.
