Work for the addition shall be completed in Phase I, B131, includes recoat roof with elastomericroofing, replace rusted exterior door fixtures and frames, replace ceiling tiles, replace all float glasswith tempered glass, repaint wall and countertop, install FRP wainscot, replace corroded flushvalves and faucets, clean HVAC ductworks, replace diffuser, and replace rusted light fixtures.Work area has been tested for Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM)/Lead-Based Paint (LBP) andonly found asbestos in the wall mortar, so no ACM/LBP abatement is needed but workers shallwear appropriate protective equipment if work involves disturbing the mortar.?

Repair the Wakaba Child Development Center (CDC), B132 shall be completed in Phase II andmay require additional phasing.

Work for the main building, B132, includes demolish frontentrance metal grating door mat, replace rusted exterior door fixtures and frames, replace all floatglass with tempered glass, repaint wall and countertop, install Fiberglass Reinforced Panel (FRP)wainscot, replace Children Activity Room (CAR) adult size toilets with children size toilets,replace corroded flush valves and faucets, repair kitchen grease duct to correct Fire SafetyDeficiency (FSD), clean HVAC ductworks, replace diffuser, and replace all HVAC componentsthat are near the end of their service life such as the condenser, chiller, boiler, and water circulatingpumps.
