The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, testing, plan, design, and management to upgrade or install reliable and functional radon mitigation system for 200 housing units to include military family housing on Kadena Air Base and US Marine Corps Bases on Okinawa, Japan. The prospective contract action will be firm-fixed price (FFP). Work will be comprised of Military Family Housing (MFH) located in Kadena Air Base and US Marine Corps Camps on Okinawa, Japan.

Amendment 0001 - Extend Solicition Close date to 18 Jul 2025, 12:00 PM local time.

Amendment 0002 - Extend Solicitation Close date to 01 Aug 2025, 12:00 PM local time, and attach RFIs with government response.

Amendment 0003 - Extend Solicitation close date to 15 Aug 2025, 12:00 PM local time.
