Intent to Sole Source Unify System Upgrade

The 18th Contracting Squadron has developed a requirement for repair of the Unify System that will not void manufacturer warranty. Based on the market research, MCS of Tampa is the only vendor that can provide maintenance and repair services for Unify equipment. The Unify equipment cannot be repaired by another vendor because it is proprietary warranty.
