NOTICE Amendment 0001 is hereby issued in accordance with FAR 15.206(b).

1. Update item description for CLIN 0001.

2. All other terms and conditions remain the same. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation FA527025QA144 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a quote. Please respond to this RFQ by submitting a quote in pdf format document by email to Ms. Ava Sabado at ava.sabado.jp@us.af.mil, Ms. Rose Napolitano rose.napolitano@us.af.mil no later than 26 September 2025, 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST).

Late quotes may not be accepted; acceptance of late submissions is at the discretion of the contracting officer, IAW FAR 52.212-1. Any potential amendments will be issued in the same style as the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to confirm the arrival of quotes.
