Petroleum Laboratory Equipment Calibration, Maintenance and Repair Service

A Question and Answer (Q&A) document and pictures of air cylinders are also provided for informational purposes. - Issued solicitation. Please be advised that Request for Quotation (RFQ) number (FA527025Q0022) is being replaced with RFQ number (FA527026QB002) due to the transition to the 2026 fiscal year.

All furture submissions should reference RFQ number FA527026QB002. - The solicitation for this project is expected to be issued approximately end of Jun 2025. The date and time will be identified in the solicitation.

The contractor shall provide all necessary to accomplish on/off site calibration, maintenance, overhauling, testing, intervening repair calls, emergency repairs calls of government owned equipment in accordance with applicable ASTM International and/or ISO (International Organization for Standardization) procedures as well as testing standard and specifications cited within this Performance Works Statement (PWS), the service location is Okinawa Japan.
