Domestic Freight Delivery Services

The contractor shall furnish express delivery services defined as the contractor transporting Government freight by expeditious delivery method of transportation via air service, or combination of air/surface whichever is faster in accordance with the Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) and set forth in Exhibit A, Price List along with applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and commercial practices.
