The 18th Contracting Squadron (18 CONS/PKC) awarded a Sole Source contract to Nobel Supply & Logistics LLC, One Marina Park Drive, Suite 220, Boston MA, 02210 for Eagle Hardware Contractor Operated Hardware Store (COHS) Bridge Contract. See attached Single Source Justification. 18 CONS/PKC used Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and Other than Full and Open Competition.

The authority soliciting a sole source under SAP is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting Competition, which states that the contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only source reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). The proposed contract action is Sole Source only. In accordance with FAR 5.102, the required justification documentation is attached.
