08 Sept 26: The purpose of this amendment is to publish questions and answers received in response to this RFQ and updated Combined Synopsis/Solicitation:

AMENDMENT 0001 SUMMARY OF CHANGES:

1. Remove FAR 52.219-33 (Non-manufacturer Rule); as a result, the Combined Synopsis/ Solicitation, Section H has been updated;
2. Publish questions and answers received in response to this RFQ;
3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only soliciation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written soliciation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number FA524026Q0030 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for portable toilet leases and related equipment.
