I. Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. The Government intends to establish a Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Government anticipates awarding approximately 3 BPAs to the responsible offerors whose offers are determined to be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors.
