Update 09 July 2025 Amendment 0005 This solicitation has been amended to reflect the following:

1. Shipping terms have been updated to require 120 days ARO or earlier.

2. Previous quotations submitted will be kept on file but no longer evaluated.

3. If your firm is still interested in this opportunity, you are hereby advised to submit an updated quotation with direct shipping to Guam and to reflect 120 days ARO or earlier. All other solicitation requirements still apply.

4. As a point of clarification, please submit both a commerical quote with official letterhead and a pricing sheet IAW the solicitation requirements.

5. Offers should be submitted no later than 12:00 PM CHST 16 July 2025.
