Amendment

The soliciation has been extended to 19th of September 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Chamorro Standard Time (ChST) A one-time site visit for interested Offerors will be conducted on 15th of September 2025 at 9:30 a.m. Chamorro Standard Time (ChST). Offerors are to meet at ALS Building 21006 Andersen AFB, Yigo Guam. Installation access for the site visit must be coordinated in advance.

All parties interested in attending the site visit shall send an email request to june.borja@us.af.mil and elias.campos.1@us.af.mil as soon as possible. Please provide your firm’s name, address, main point of contact and email address, as well as the first and last names of the personnel from your firm that will be attending the site visit. Site visit attendance is limited to two (2) individuals per contractor. RFI's due before 17th of September 2025.

This 36th WSA/PDC is upgrading and expanding the Audio Visual equipment capability within their facility. The upgrade will consist of audio/visual and electronic components. Installation of camera, speakers, processor, tablet and docking system. Physically present members must be able to see and hear content in the classroom and virtual students must be able to see and hear content in the virtual realm while being able to observe the instructor and guests.

AAFB's PDC requires a robust and adaptable hybrid classroom solution to modernize the delivery of its critical Foundations courses and address significant limitations in the current training model. This need stems from the challenges of serving geographically separated units (GSUs) and the increasing demand for professional development opportunities for all Airmen.
