Installation Control Center (ICC) Access Control and Security Camera Upgrade

Amendment

1. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation to 22 August, 2025 to allow interested parties adequete time to quote properly based on previous site visits and previous changes to the solicitation.

1. A second site visit for interested Offerors will be conducted on the 13th of July 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Chamorro Standard Time (ChST). Offerors are to meet at ICC Bldg. 21007 Crumm Ave. Yigo, Guam 96543-4003 – Andersen AFB. Installation access for the site visit must be coordinated in advance. All parties interested in attending the site visit shall send an email request to simeon.packer@us.af.mil and elena.gifford.1@us.af.mil as soon as possible.

Please provide your firm’s name, address, main point of contact and email address, as well as the first and last names of the personnel from your firm that will be attending the site visit. Site visit attendance is limited to two (2) individuals per contractor.

2. The soliciation has been extended to 20 August 2025 at 11:00 a.m. to allow interested parties to quote accurately based on the site vist and potential questions and answers.

The soliciation has been extended to 11 August 2025 at 1:00 p.m. A one-time site visit for interested Offerors will be conducted on 30th of July 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Chamorro Standard Time (ChST). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform ICC Access Control and Security Camera Upgrade as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Due to the inability of the Diagram in the SOW not opening attached is a seperate document of the digram listed as Attachment 5 - ICC Diagram.
