UPDATE – 3 April 2024 (1) The purpose of this amendment is as follows:

a. Update Section J Attachment 1, PART A – Statement of Work (Amended 01 April 2024) to reflect the revision on paragraph 2.2.

b. Correct CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 description to remove the verbiage “dated 09 February 2024”.

UPDATE - 25 March 2024 (1) The purpose of this amendment is as follows:

a. Schedule an additional site visit for 29 March 2024 at 1000 hours ChST, see updated Attachment 4 - Site Visit Instructions.

b. Extend the Request for Information (RFI) due date to 12 April 2024 at 1200 hours ChST.

c. Extend the proposal due date to 30 April 2024 at 1400 hours ChST. (2) Request for Information (RFI) responses dated 25 March 2024 posted to SAM.gov.

UPDATE - 22 March 2024 (1) The purpose of this amendment is to remove CLIN 0003 and change CLIN 0002 description from “Bid Option 0002” to Bid Option 0001”.

Renovate Passenger Terminal B17002 and Provide New Temporary Facility for Passenger Terminal, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Renovation of B17002 is Design Bid Build to renovate the existing Passenger (PAX) Terminal, B17002 located on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The work includes demolition and construction for exterior and interior renovation of an existing passenger terminal and two Options. Option 1 is to provide new temporary facility for passenger terminal.

MAGNITUDE FAR 36.204: More than $10,000,000.

LOCATION OF WORK:

Andersen AFB, Guam PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 720 Calendar Days for renovation of B-17002 420 Calendar Days for providing the temporary facility RESTRICTION TO SMALL BUSINESS: This acquisition is being competed as a Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45 million.

CONTRACT TYPE: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)

SITE VISIT: 29 March 2024 at 1000 ChST (See Attachment 4) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Any Requests for Information (RFIs) regarding this solicitation are due on or before 12 April 2024 at 1200 hours ChST and shall be submitted electronically via email to the notice POCs. The Government does not intend to respond to inquiries submitted after this deadline. All questions will be answered via Q&A format and amended into the solicitation.
