Adjust Attachment 2 – Performance Work Statement to reflect correct number of speakers. Add Attachment 4 – RFI Questions and Answers in order to answer questions in order to clarify the requirement for interested vendors.

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-06, effective date 29 August 2024, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation.
