36 WG Unify Preventive Maintenance

This is a new action that will result in a Firm Fixed Price task order under the MCS of Tampa's GSA Federal Supply Schedule 47QTCA22D009G. In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), for a proposed order with an estimated value exceeding the micropurchase threshold not placed or established in accordance with the procedures in, 8.405-2, or 8.405-3, the following circumstance may justify the action: Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.
