Australia Rental Vehicles BPA

The U.S. Government is seeking to establish a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure vehicle rental and chaueffeur services throughout Australia. The scope of this requirement is fully commercial and required for personnel located in and around key metropolitan and regional hubs, including but not limited to:

Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin, Alice Springs, Perth, Melbourne, and Cairns. The BPA will enable designated U.S. Government "Authorized Callers" to place firm-fixed-price Call Orders against a pre-negotiated price list. It is the master document that establishes all solicitation parameters, terms and conditions, evaluation factors, and instructions for how to submit your quote. Questions Due Date: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email no later than August 25, 2026, 3:00 PM AEST.

Quote Due Date: All quotes must be received via email directly no later than August 28, 2026, 03:00 pm AEST.

Amendment 01 issued 25 August 2026 to incorporate Attachment 03 - RFI and Response and PWS changes associated to the RFI's. PWS changes are highlighted within the document.
