This solicitation has been amended, and the following changes have been made: 1. Extended offer due date from 24 July 2026 to 27 July 2026, 1:00 PM HST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the removal and installation of HVAC components at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.

Project Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to remove approximately twenty-six (26) broken Variable Air Volume (VAV) controllers and twenty-six (26) thermostats. The contractor shall then install twenty-six (26) new, customer-provided VAV controllers and thermostats. The scope of work includes:

Removal and proper disposal of old components. Installation of new Carrier-compatible components. Ancillary work such as removing/replacing ceiling tiles and wiring. Coordination with the on-site government representative to ensure a fully operational system. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Submission Dates: Please request a site visit NLT 13 July 2026. Following the site visit, please submit questions NLT 17 July 2026. Answers will be returned promptly to allow time to formulate quote before RFQ close date on 24 July 2026.
