Summary of Changes (Updated 12 September 2025): - To incorporate revisions to Attachments 1 (Performance Work Statement) and 2 (Kokee Site Photos version 2) - The PWS section 3.1.8 states: “All work must be completed and all submittals received by the government within 60 days after contract award.” - PWS section 3.2 clearly states the requirement for contractor to “…install and provide a system designed to produce filtered water for two bathrooms—including shower stalls—and a kitchen. The location for the installation is on the exterior of the facility, closest to the main water supply line at the corner of the building.” - Extend quotes due date to:

Brief Description: The contractor shall install and provide a system designed to produce filtered water for two bathrooms—including shower stalls—and a kitchen in the corner room of building 1, Koke'e AFS, Island of Kauai, closest to the water shutoff valve.

The system shall utilize a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) water filtration system, incorporating UV disinfection with new piping to ensure safe and effective operation.
