Procurement and Installation of netting to inside of building to prevent birds from nesting

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, maintenance, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to purchase and Install netting to inside of building to prevent birds from nesting in JAPAN Note 1. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUATATIONS.

2. The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to purchase and Install netting to inside of building to prevent birds from nesting 3. The product should be delivered to YOKOHAMA NORTH DOCK in Japan. 4. Since the products will be use in Japanese and the warranty service need to be conducted during the warranty period, the offerors must have a Japanese cage code. The solicitation closing date is tentative. Anticipated award date is around 25 Jul 2026 (subject to change).
