Commercial Power Supply for the Mission Support Area at Kyogamisaki Communication Site in Kyoto, Japan

NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE REGISTERED AND APPROVED AS AN ELECTRICITY RETAILER BY THE MINISTRY OF ECONOMY, TRADE, AND INDUSTRY UNDER THE GOVERNMENT OF JAPAN ELECTRICITY BUSINESS ACT TO PERFORM ELECTRICITY SUPPLY IN JAPAN. NO SUPPLIER SUBCONTRACTING WILL BE PERMISSIBLE IN THIS CONTRACT.

General Description of Commercial Power Requirements: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide commercial power twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, to the meter point at Kyogamisaki Communication Site (KCS), Mission Support Area (MSA), indicated on Appendix B, KCS Power Demarcation.

As for any matters that are not addressed by this Technical Description (TD), the U.S. Government and the Contractor shall have mutual consultation based on the "Supply Rules”, “Electricity Supply Conditions”, and “Electricity Transmission and Distribution Provision” of the local Electricity Retailer and the local General Electricity Transmission and Distribution Utility. Package of Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available upon your request.
