ANNUAL INSPECTION OF HOISTS AND HYDRAULIC LIFTS FOR YOKOTA AB AND TAMA ANNEX

The 374th Contracting Squadron is seeking eligible, potential contractors for the project for INSPECTION OF HOISTS AND HYDRAULIC LIFTS at Yokota Air Base, and Tama Hills Japan.

The Contractor shall provide supervision, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and other items and services necessary to perform annual inspection of hoists and hydraulic vehicle lifts in accordance with applicable Japanese Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Japanese laws, pertinent regulations and commercial standards and practices. The Contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance-based Work Statement (PWS).

The list of hoists and lifts covered by this contract is shown in Appendix. The anticipated period of performance is a twelve-month basic period with four (4) year options for a total of five (5) years. To be eligible for awarding of the contract offerors must be registered and marked active in the System for Award Management (SAM).

NOTE 1: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.

NOTE 2: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

NOTE 3: Site visit will be conducted on 26 Sep 2024 at 1000 hours at Yokota Air Base, Japan. If your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit a list of participants to the primary contact no later than 24 Sep 2024, JST.
