The purpose of this sources sought is to communicate with local industry in advance, receive feedback from the industry, identify interested vendors to foster competition, and use the information gained from this notice to further define the requirements of the expected solicitation in a way which benefits both the Government and the Contractor. The requirement is to provide natural gas (City Gas) 24/7 to Yokota Air Base, Japan. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PEFROMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE REGISTERED AND APPROVED AS A GAS RETAILER IN ACCORDNACE WITH JAPANESE GAS BUSUINESS ACT.
