Lease of 2/3-Passenger Van for PACAF AIRPS, Det 4 at Sydney Australia

This is a Sources Sought Notice issued for market research purposes only. A solicitation for contract action will be posted at a later date. Lease of 2/3-Passenger Van (switched to 3T Moving truck) for PACAF AIRPS, Det 4 at Sydney Australia, for a total of three (3) years (basic year plus 2 option years), from 29 Nov 2024 thru 28 Nov 2025 (up to 28 Nov 2027, by exercising the 2 options). We are seeking prospective offerors who can mee the following requirements: Registered in the SAM at www.sam.gov.

Have a store (or cooperate with a store) within a convenient distance to provide vehicle(s) and maintenance services to the users of this requirement. Able to quote in US Dollar (not Australian Dollar) because the contract will be awarded and payments will be made in US Dollar. Requirements for Lease: Two (2) types vehicles are required due to season consideration: Vehicle No. 1 (Throughout the year expect 29 Nov thru 7 Jan each year): 1 each of SUV or van, 9 cu meter 3-Door, 2 or 3 PAX, 2WD, 4x2, Right Hand Drive, Diesel Engine Driven, 314 CDI Mercedes Sprinter MWB T/D (Turbo Diesel) or equal. Vehicle No. 2 (From 29 Nov thru 7 Jan each year) : 1 each of 3T moving truck, 19.5 cu meter 3-Door, 3 PAX, 2WD, 4x2, Right Hand Drive, Diesel Engine Driven, 19.5 Cubic Metre Moving Truck (Automatic) - L6 or equal. The detailed Statement of Work & Vehicle Specifications will be issued along with the solicitation.
