Misawa Information Monitoring and Protection Services (IMPS) IDIQ Award Notice

This is an official notice that an offer has been selected for award for the Misawa Information Monitoring and Protection Services (IMPS). After careful consideration, Continuity Global Solutions, LLC, was selected for contract award.

This notice is provided in accordance with the RFO 15.207-2. a. Offerors solicited: Full and Open – Electronically solicited on SAM.gov via FA520526R0004 b. Number of proposals received: Five (5) c. Contractor to receive award: Continuity Global Solutions, LLC. 101 Reid Avenue, Ste 106 Port St Joe, Florida 32456 USA d. Total Contract Price: $9,999,999.99 e. Total Evaluated Price (TEP) from Successful Offeror: $7,480,124.26 Evaluation of proposals was completed in accordance with Solicitation and RFO 12.203/RFO 15.103-2.

The following factors were used to evaluate offers: Factor I - Technical Capability, Factor II – Past Performance and Factor III - Price. Technical Capability and Past Performance were determined to be of equal importance to price. Award was made to the contractor whose proposal conformed to the requirements of the solicitation, represented the best value to the Government in terms of the Best Value.
