Amendment 0001 - removed unrelated delivery locations from Appendix A of the PWS Amendment 0002 - Crossed out holding tank requirement for waste. Para. 1.1.4. reworded as follows:

"The on-site septic tank shall be pumped, as required and requested by the Contracting Officer. No less than 24 hours notice shall be given to the contractor for service." The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, vehicles, supervision, training, tools, equipment, safety equipment and other items necessary to provide portable flushable toilets and handwash stations to include mobilization/de-mobilization, daily cleaning, and restocking, at multiple locations on Military Lease Area, Tinian, CNMI.

Period of Performance 31 August 2025 - 30 August 2027. This is a 100% small business set aside for NAICS 562991. Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose offer provides best value to the U.S. Government, price and technical acceptability considered.
