This requirement is for procurement of five scissor lifts, model JLG RT3369. This model has a VSCOS determination that this model scissor lift is not a vehicle.

Salient Characteristics: - Minimum 30 foot working height lift - Diesel engine meeting EPA emissions standards - Tired equipment, rough terrain capabilities This requirement is for procurement of a boom lift, model JLG 600S. This model has a VSCOS determination that this model boom lift is not a vehicle.

Salient Characteristics: - Minimum 50 foot boom lift - Diesel engine meeting EPA emissions standards - Tired equipment, 4WD capabilities
