Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Change the solicitation method to a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

2. Extend the solicitation closing date from 25 September 2025 to 29 September 2025 at 9:00 AM AKST.

3. Update the PSC to J030.

4. Update the Period of Performance to 01 December 2025 to 28 February 2026.

5. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain the same.

Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska is issuing a solicitation for Blair Lakes Generators.

Description of Services: This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide replacement engines for 3 generators at Blair Lake Air Force Range. Please see the subject attachments. Source three Cummins L10 diesel engines (or equivalent) Rebuild the engines to meet the original manufacturer's specifications for commercial heavy equipment applications.
