**AMENDMENT 0001** The purpose of this amendment is to 1. Attach the Brand Name Justification and add a reference photo of the old Transmission model numbers.

2. Update the delivery schedule from 30 January 2024 to 30 January 2025 SOLICITATION POSTING The 354 Contracting Squadron is searching for a company that is able to provide the following item and delivery to Eielson AFB: (1) FUNK 2263 transmission for a NMC Wollard 200MB4V Tow Tractor Salient Characteristics: Power Shi Automatic with 6 forward speeds and 3 reverse speeds Full-time four-wheel drive Canister type oil filter with separate fluid cooler Gear driven pump for power steering and brakes Forward and reverse ranges obtained through hydraulically actuated multiple disc clutches Power from the engine is transmitted through a torque converter Warranty Warranty 12 month / 1000 hrs Interested parties are invited to review the attached documents and fill out the attached SF1449 to participate in this solicitation.

Quotations, including delivery schedule must be submitted to james.cameron.15@us.af.mil and marta.burke@us.af.mil by January 10th, 2024 at 1:30 PM AKDT. Any questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted by December 30th, 2024 at 12:00 PM AKDT.
