Notice to Offerors(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an effort for any costs.

A site visit will be conducted on 23 June @ 11:00am AKDT Participants will meet at- Building 2212, Eielson AFB, Alaska Questions are due no later than 25 June 2025 at 02:00PM AKDT. All questions will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation and posted to SAM.gov website. A. The NAICS code is 236210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45M. B. The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(f) is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000. C. See Section J for the List Attachments.

D. Payment and Performance bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. E. IAW with FAR 14.202-8 Electronic bids, ONLY ELECTRONIC submissions will be accepted.
