UPDATE: SITE VISIT - A site visit will be held at Clear SFS in Clear, Alaska on Tuesday 20 Aug at 1000 local time. In order to attend the site visit you will be required to fill out the attached Access Request (CSFS VAR) and email the completed form to Mrs. Stacy Isaacson at stacy.isaacson.ctr@spaceforce.mil by Friday 1200 local time. Any forms received after this time will be unable to attend. Location of site visit is:

200 A STREET, STOP 1, BLDG 200 CLEAR, AK 99704-5360 UNITED STATES The requirement is to furnish and install a security camera system in multiple buildings at Clear Space Force Station in Alaska. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, material, labor, engineering, parts, programming, and other items and services necessary for the installation of a new Network Video Recorder (NVR) system, with future expansion capability.

The place of performance shall be at Clear Space Force Station (CSFS), Alaska, specifically all Unaccompanied Housing/Dormitory facilities & Morale, Welfare & Recreation (MWR) facility (Buildings 202, 203, 204, 209 & 210). Please see the solicitation and attachments for specific requirements.

The revised PWS and Q&A responses have been uploaded. In the PWS all changes areas have been highlighted to mark the change area. The solicitation has not been extended at this time.

The solicitation is being extended to 5 September 2024 at 1000 AM for the cut off. This is being done due to changes in the PWS and Q&A responses that were recently posted. This will afford vendors time to build proper packages. If there are any questions or concerns please get in touch with one of the listed POC's.
