The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations is for the purchase and delivery of three indirect-fire heaters from Equipment Source, Inc (2x ES500 and 1x ES700) through Brand- Name procedures. The two ES500 heaters should be capable of 390,000 British Thermal Units (BTU)/hour with the ability to heat 2,500 Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM), have a 3,000-hour oil service, and capable of 25+ hours of run time.
The ES700 heater should be capable of 770,000 British Thermal Units (BTU)/hour with the ability to heat 4,000 Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM), have a 3,000-hour oil service, and capable of 37+ hours of run time. The heaters should also be equipped with a vertical LED Light Tower. The heaters should have a 150% secondary containment capability which catches all accidental fluid release due to mechanical failure, thus, preventing any environmental spills.
Finally, each heater should be able to be mounted on a trailer chassis capable of transportation by vehicle to a remote site. The bid schedule and contract CLIN schedule are below.
