Eielson AFB Rental Vehicles

This is a total small business set aside. The Government requires 24 (each) Sedans and 2 (each) Passenger Vans (or equal) with the minimum passenger capacity of five (5) passengers for both, with unlimited mileage. All vehicles must be in good, safe operating conditions and the vehicles must follow all the requirements in the Statement of Work. Please see the attached documents for more information. The specific period of perfomace for the rental vehicles are 15 Apr 2024 - 06 May 2024. Question: Will the government pick up vehicles from contractor or otherwise specified location surrounding the AFB, or do these vehicles need to be delivered on-site?

Answer: There is an overflow parking lot next to the visitor center of Eielson AFB (1199 Old Richardson Hwy, Eielson AFB, AK 99702), that we require the KTRs to coordinate initial delivery to.
