Base Refuse Service

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Base Refuse Services to be performed at Eielson AFB, Alaska and the locations specified by the PWS. Quotes submitted in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email no later than Friday, 8 March 2024 @ 1300 hours Alaska Time (AKT). In order to be considered timely and responsive quotes must be sent via email to the points of contact specified above. Questions must be submitted electronically to the points of contact above, and no later than Wednesday, 21 February 2024 @ 1000 hours AKT. See attachments Amendment 1: Changes made.

PWS: Added verbiage changing CLIN series X0004 from a regular CLIN to a NTE CLIN. This makes it so that the contractors can only invoice for the money used to maintain the dumpsters rather than invoicing for all the money on the CLIN every month.

Pricing Schedule: Changed the units in CLIN series X0004 from MO to Lot to reflect the changes made in the PWS. For CLIN Series X006, only put the current fee rate and no total price. It is understood that the final price will depend on tonnage.

Solicitation Q&A: Added in as an attachment to the solicitation to better guide the contractors when quoting.

Amendment 1 Combo: Added verbiage to explain the changes made through out the package. Also made changes in section 52.212-1 to better reflect how the contractors would have to quote with the new changes made.
